Im in Kitpvp vip rank and 2 days ago i opened a vote key and got vip rank and i thought its like the nick or fix voucher u use it it with clicking but i didnt get anythink

That's a bug I faced in factions a year ago. The only thing you can do is to go report it as a bug Here with as much information as possible.

Nono, with what he explained he means that he already has a VIP rank, and he thought he got a voucher he will give to others, but since he already has VIP the server just didn't give him anything.

Yeah but if he already got the rank he could probably get it turned to a voucher so he can give it to an other one. I mean that's the most normal way I think.

Not in kitpvp, only in faction/skyblok servers

Remember that you'll probably need valid proof that you had a voucher and already had the rank if you're about to bug report it.
