Add a cooldown to joining a game .​

Detailed description:

There is this thing where people use the command in bedwars(/bedwars-1/2/3/4) and (/skywars-normal-solo) so that they can play on their favourite map instead of maps like aquarium which people hate, This just isnt good and i think there should be cooldown for usage of the command in order to reduce spam of the command and not make the skywars/bedwars games with maps which people hate(like aquarium) dead for a long time. There could be game suspension system or cooldown extension if they do it as soon as their cooldown ended. Like 30 seconds and extending to 1 min, 2 minute, 5 minute, 10 minute? and This rule shouldn't be applied if you finished a game and want to start a new game.​

Reason(s):

To avoid spam
To make sure the bw games with maps which people often try to skip and the server not dead with a single person afk for 5 minutes. Sometimes when the games are dead people go grab a snack or smthn or just a coke and they will be afk when maybe the game fills with people and the person gets quickly eliminated. The person who was afk atleast could not be afking in this case and they will actually play the game.​
