Be able to transfer onwership of guilds.​

Detailed description:

Hello Staff Team, I think being able to transfer guild ownership would be really good for minigame players to continue your guild with your teammates if your founder quits/becomes inactive.​

Reason(s):

If you'r commited to a team and your leaders gets banned you'd want to countine your guild right? who wouldn't.. so there should be a command that transfers the guild onwership of the guild within seconds!​

Example(s):

/g promote Leader [username]​

This is already a feature, You can promote using /g promote or /guild promote, if the player is a officer you may use the command once, if not use it twice; It is required for the user to have elite+ and only so the ownership can be transferred.
