Faction Shields Rework​

Detailed description:
Raiding f top factions on OP Facs is very annoying due too random factions making claims outside buffers, with cannon boxes/walls in the claims. When cannoning, if your shot hits one of these random claims before reaching the intended raidable factions base, your faction will get raid timer on a completely unintended faction that you weren't even aiming for no matter if their shield is active or not. This is extremely annoying and even makes factions unraidable at times.

REWORK IDEAS:
* Upon setting a shield, factions should use the command /f setbaseregion (f set base region) in their base claim. This will give their requested shield for all the claims connected to their base claim. (Have to be standing at your base to use command)

*Raid timer will only be given to factions that shoot at another factions base region claim, not just random claims anywhere.

*Give /f setbaseregion a long cooldown per faction so people can't switch their bases constantly

*Factions can only have 1 base region at a time

*If a claim does not have a base region set, no shield will be granted towards these claims and cannoning through them won't give any faction a raid timer.

(In factions core plugin)​

Reason(s):
* This will make raiding a lot more smooth on Pika Network, and staff won't have to log on to remove random claims outside faction's bases because those claims will not have base regions set.

* Will also make trapping in wilderness more fun as factions will be able to 1stacker their teammates out of a trap whenever and not have to worry about a faction trapping when on their shield.​

+1 would remove your annoying ass claims on your front walls which is an indirect form of shield abuse

Ong bro I get trapped and u don’t nothing to help I was stuck in the washer for the past hour and u did nothing

well it needs rework for sure but this would ruin the wild farms since u make wild farm u dont want it to pop up in /f spawners (any faction) or even ftop
also this will make trapping even harder since usually if u trap someone lets say on wild u claim and mine him down but if u dont have shield its super hard especially when he has ceggs also in your traps to trap someone u place them cobwebs or there is placed cobwebs u push im into them its not impossible to just spam him with obby all around them tbh traps are not that big issue but will be good to do smh ab the wild farms lets say for example wildfarm chunk or smh like that or setbase to not show spawners value but this wont make it as we have 1 base claim ive seen factions with 3/4 wild farms

Also +1 not even for the raiding for example before 1 or 2 maps russia setuped behind some cboxes claimed ones and random claims around border this makes buffer counter completely useless if there happend to be claims with active shield
