Forge Upgrade fix​

Detailed description:

Now this isn't quite a bug, so i won't tag it under bug reports but for a few years now, at least for as long as i've played on pika, upgrading the forge would result in a slower rate of iron and gold production, which isn't really that logical. There really isn't much more to say but yeah, it should actually boost the iron and gold production rate as stated in the upgrade window​

Forge speed are balanced; Forge speed being increased has already been suggested as well.
