player level 8 help plz

it says to give 576 diamonds and emeralds. how do i do that? who do i give or what is it i need to do on this lvl?

You only need to have 576 of each in your inventory, which means you need 9 stacks of both diamonds and emeralds in your inventory. You don't have to give those to anyone.
