Nah its possible to get evokers to spawn in vannila minecraft in easy difficulty its either a bug or a plugins is preventing evokers from spawning (pika devs brains workin wierd ways so dont ask me why if its intentional PS:im mad cuz i spent 4 hours making a raid farm :( )- LegendTheLucky
