Is using a new account with a different name allowed if it's a cracked to premium upgrade?

is it allowed to use client addons to do stuff that ranks can do?
i use labymod and it has basically all the stuff that only vanilla players with ranks can do (disable chat, night vision, etc.). I want to know if it is against the rules to do so? Why there is ranked limit daily?
I want to know why there is ranked limit, in my opinion, this just seems a little inconvenient for long session ranked players and kind of kills rankeds since alot of people dont have rankeds left (only 20 daily!?) -
