MOB spawn rate
You can't do anything about the spawn rate, however you can absolutely finish the enderman kills as I've seen people who've done it. And according to them what they did is afk really up high in end and go down from time to time and kill the enderman that spawned below, repeat the process. -

Surviving Process
You don't need nether warts nor blaze sticks for weakness potion. You need fermented spider eye (Sugar + Mushroom + Spider eye) and water bottle. So there's really no need for you to to the nether in early game. -
dont spawnig vilagers
It's harder to find zombie villagers this season due to spawnrate, the best course of action is to get yourself a couple of villagers in resource world and breed them in normal world. All you need to have is safarinet. You can zombify and cure them yourself no problem. -

Maybe your inventory was full when you collected the rewards? Check you /maildelivery There's also an ongoing issue about claimblocks, wherein if you use it and logged off, all unused cb will reset back to 1k, so if it's still in your mail, make sure to claim a land right after you use the cb... -

How to login inside the pika-network server?
You have to do /login and the password you initially set up using /register when you first joined the server. If you don't remember doing the /register, most probably your username is being used by someone else already so try using a new username. -
skin bug (idk?)
I've encountered this issue before where my skin showed as default even when using an actual minecraft launcher. It got fixed though when I did the /premium in lobby. You can try that and see if it fixes it. -

Villagers are in resourse world. You can capture them via safarinet, and breed them in your base in the normal world. :> Hope that helps! -
Finally a Camel
Finally found a camel in resource world, however, saf doesn't work on them. Is this really the way it is? :-( It would be great if we can have the camel in normal world. -
