I didn't Hack But I get Banned

i get banned on 3-4-2016 .I get Banned by Auto Ban.Reason [PAC] Hacked clients are not allowed and i get permanently banned. Why i got banned i didn't hack.I didn't use any hack clients Please Un-ban me
