PLS HELP Me guys!!! biggest pika issue

on 31st dec i claimed 1500 pika iron and today 9 jan i claimed 500 again ( NOT even 14 days completed )but when i go to gold shop it only showed me 1500 instead of 2000 why this happning me ??PLS give me my 500 pika iron and fix this issue i mean how 500 gone from my 1500 iron i am not able to...
