Add a system to give and recieve coins and gold in minigames with a requirement to share like 25hrs playtime​

Detailed description:

Setting a gift system in minigames to give gold, coins or maybe even exp to our friends incase they are leaving the gamemode or maybe just doing a giveaway or just betting on something. To share these stuff, we should have a special requirement to prevent alt abuse. for example: 500 games played/100 play hours/100 wins. or maybe 100 wins to share 100 coins/exp and a long cooldown.​

Reason(s):

This will make a way of giveaway in minigames which is the only gamemode right now in which we cant do giveaway. buying from store works but since gold is global, more people tend to buy it compared to buying ranks from store.​
