there is a scammer who have scammed a lot of people either in op prison either in opfac et in opskybloc ktoo(idk why he is not banned yed tho) with irl money or in game items and it ruins really the experience of having fun in pika network and the name of the man who is doing those horrible things is Hinaki
Usually im not like this but this kid rly need to learn a lesson the hard way or he wont ever change so i suggest a tban would be far from enought but will make him stop scamming people

If he is scamming for irl money then he should definitely be banned.

You can make a ban request against him with certain proof all that you got. It helps a ton of players out there especially the ones new to the server unaware of it.
