Detailed description:

So, I think that the punishment for cross teaming should be harsher, because a warning for the first time is just not enough. It might discourage them a little bit but not enough, I'd say a 7 day ip-ban, then 14/30 days, and then a permanent ip-ban.
Would sure see a lot less cross-teamers in game :)​

There are cross-teamers like 1 in 10 games for sure, It would probably if not definitely get rid of 50-70% of cross-teamers :).​

I disagree with the punishment suggested, but I do agree with the suggestion in general.
A warning discourages players to report because it takes the work of recording, uploading and reporting just for a warning. Yet, cross teaming isn't that bad thing to do, so 1 day instead of warning seems fair to me.
