Factios and OP Factions - Prevent ALT OVERLOAD. also server safety improvement
Detailed description:
From my scarse programming knowledge, after consulting some specialists, it should be possible to create a "connected login" between the pika-network website and the game servers. This should work as follows:
1. the player that wants to play on the game server needs to login on the website before logging in to the game server
2. after login a script adds the player to the game-server white list
3. the player can now login to the game-server
4. the player leaves the server and the script removes the player from the white list

Reason(s):
Op-factions and possible also factions have had to deal with an overload of alt's from some factions. If those also had to manually have to make an account for each of those alts on the website, and log them in manually to get them white listed, it will no longer be interesting for those factions to use these kinds of unfair gaming methods.
Scripts can be developed to also blacklist accounts so it is no longer necessary for staff to be present in-game to do so.
People can no langer say that they don't know where to find the website, the forum of the rules, because they have to login on the website first to even get to the game server in the first place.
You can add important messages about updates or what so ever as a pop-up after the login so people have to read them - or in any case have to SEE them.
