I was in practice and I got banned because i was strafing a dude he didnt hit me once so he cant give me KB later in the chat he shouts no kb hax and i get temp banned for 7 days

That must not be the reason. Staff even need proof to ban a person. They can't just ban if someone says' hax' because almost everyone hackusates someone.
