How appeal got denied for valid reason?

my sister got ip ban and ipban ban anyone using the same ip since i stay with my sister i got ban and i have already appeal but it got denied for valid reason when if you read the video

on my ban screenshot was my sister (Eunice) when my non-cracked acc is fabianking899. Can anyone explain why the reason my appeal was denied for valid reason

It got denied because the punishment is exactly what it says it is, an 'ip' ban.
Staff have no way to figure out wether it's you or someone else using the ip which is why the entire ip is banned.
Simply claiming it was your sister and not u is no proof as u could've easily lied.
