Increase Koth , Shogun & Ninja Special sets Unbreaking Level​

Detailed description:

Players enjoy using special sets. The unbreaking level of the special sets acquired from KOTH has consistently been 3. In the past, players used to salvage sets with higher unbreaking levels and apply enchantment books to enhance those sets. However, as we are aware, salvaging has not been operational for a while. The special sets with an Unbreaking level of 3 are presently rendered ineffective as they break instantly. I propose increasing the unbreaking levels to 10-11, allowing players to utilize them more efficiently.​

Reason(s):

Here are the reasons that support the increase in the unbreaking levels of special sets from KOTH:

- Unbreaking 3 sets break after just a few hits.
- Players will become more engaged in competing for KOTH.
- The special sets will regain their utility.​
