Make ghost pings punishable​

Detailed description:

Alot of people keep pinging a person and deleting it which makes it a ghost ping, and is really annoying. Making this punishable would be much better than being ghost pinged all the time without a reason. Yes, reporting ghost pings would be impossible, but again, being pinged multiple times unnecesarrily isn't something enjoyable either.​

My Personal Opinion- Users would not be able to identify the ghost pinger in most cases. And I don't think ghost pinging isn't really a big deal. it's just normal pings without a purpose. I don't think this will be accepted.

Personally, I have been giving feedback on many suggestions for over a year now, And I wasn't aware of this change as I don't think it was mentioned in the changelog channel.

Its indeed annoying, but how would you enforce the rule?
Only thing that can be done is checking the logs who deleted what message.

Just for confirmation, I will add this to the reasons:
It gives logs a functional use, and this rule (if implemented) would most likely be for high staff to deal with, as ofcourse, reporting a ghost ping WITH evidence. is impossible

There is actually a bot that informs who ghost pinged whom we can use that so people can atleast identify who ghost pinged them. I don't really agree with the punishment tbh as people can ghost ping by mistake too
