My Friends account go hacked

Hello guys can you please tell me what to do. So my friends account got hacked and the hacker changed my friends password please help me.
Pss : My friends username is _xXPvpNinja_

He did but the hacker also tpa killed and the mods i think dont trust him

What happened was PvPninja was sitting somewhere (I guess) and someone pmed him to join their server to become OP on it. We all should know how this ends... He joined the server using the Same password and when he did the "Hacker" got on Pika on his account. Used hacks and such so the account was banned. (He spent a good 30Mins complaining in Shoutbox about it).

So if he read the rules then he would've known about advertising and he wouldn't have joined that server but as always no one reads the rules so its his fault for that.
