Hello, we live in Iran, so we are limited in playing because of this account, which had everything, it was reset because I couldn't come to the game for 1 year, then the internet problem was solved. my account name is : slender_boy_666

I'm unsure if you are referring to loosing items. If you're talking about items, that is because all game modes have a reset which happens every 6-12 months. If you're referring to a rank, they are permanent unless you had a seasonal rank, which goes away with the reset. You likely played on a different season than the server is currently on as of now. Only thing you keep over a reset is your permanent ranks.
