Return gemstone custom enchant to OPP​

Detailed description:

In OPP we need too many of legendry/ultimate/rare/common boxes to get the best gem for the pickaxe.​

Reason(s):

Now it's really hard to get boxes like Legendry/rare/common/ultimate, it was easy to get the best gem for your pickaxe when gemstone custom enchant was here but when it got removed it became harder to get the best gem for your pickaxe and when you get it you get a low percent of it getting accepted on the pickaxe, and you need to open another boxes to get gems and tinker them into gem dust and still it gives a low percent of making it get accepted in your pickaxe, and the crates doesn't give that many boxes it's hard to get it from them, so making this enchant come back will be good for miners and make them get the best gems for their pickaxes easier to make the best pickaxe in OPP​
