So apparently /tpask can still send you to pvp arena from outside

Obviously /tpahere did not work in pvp, but if you are outside pvp and use /tpask someone in pvp arena and they accepted it, you will still get tp to the arena.
I got tp to pvp and ended up dying from like 3 people with op armors and lost my p4 set.
Can the server fix this bug, so when /tpask if the destination is in pvp the chat will show "Unsafe location"
