Reason(s):
Example(s):
Stop locking a thread after denying it
Detailed description:
Rather than locking a thread, continuing opening it for further discussion.
This can be applied for threads that is well-formed, having a large enough amount of visitors and respectful
Of course, there will be some exceptions:
1. Threads that are disrespectful and written in awful language
2. Threads that do not gather enough attention or people just simply do not care
3. Threads that has gone off-topic after 3 pages

Reason(s):
While surfing through the board, I have seen many interesting suggestions given by forum users such as “/ignore for everyone”; Suggestions like these can still be relevant and further discuss so it was a pity to see they are locked after gotten denied by the owner. This discourage people from giving the same suggestion as they already knew the answer, preventing people from open new thread with the same suggestion.
Example(s):
Just leave some good suggestion thread open base on your judgement
