From what I have seen, bot uses another commands to provide help.

Commands in the pinned message on discord start with . instead of /

I think this should be accurate and synced with new bot commands.​

It is a difference since bot does not work with . command. It has to be / .

I have also noticed that in Discod Roles channel in #information is Bug Reporter but that role got deleted.
I will give you +1 because new players will maybe try to type commands with . instead of /
