30 posts to staff application

Leo's Post was reset before it was because of an ex admin's fault and I had 500 post before but it was reset to 150. So I don't think it's unfair. Also if you see others eventually make the staff application without reading the staff requirement + server rules but Leo didn't. So I don't see any problems about it.

Messages/body can be reset by admins (had 600+ but removed in late 2016) but by the looks of it everything has been pushed back a bit. Leo's had way more posts before so don't mind it.
