My friend and guild mate Tzsubham has blood cancer stage 2 he is banned from pika cause his account got hacked and the hacker used client modification he got a 1 week ban i am crying its his wish in cancer to play on pika so he can enjoy his last moments if possible pls any staff member watching this i am begging you this is not a lie just unban him for this week than ban him again idc but pls give this man a time on pika network

Well if it's a valid punishment they won't unban them, they can appeal though.
