A Loaning System​

Detailed description:

A loaning system will be usefull due to many reasons if a player wants some money he can request for a loan
with intreset percentage and a specific amount of time which the players can set and they can set a request​

Reason(s):

most people urgently need money ingame
for thier own needs​

Example(s):

/loanset <with the player> <amount> <rate> <time>​

• If someone takes out a loan, there is no guarantee that they will return the loan, ultimately making this a type of infinite money glitch
