add a new ability​

Detailed description:

like i should be an ability that gives u speed after a kill or regen by hits not kill​

Reason(s):

it is because some abilities dont fit perfect for some players​

Example(s):

like imagine u give 10 dmagae to players so like u have 10 percent chance on first level for the regen for 2 second after some hits but not direct heal like vampire​

Don't you think it will nerf paladin?

well to what i see
Escapist - speed 3 for few seconds already exists
Regen for paladin is great and needs to stay the same way
