add books with details on ranks​

Detailed description:

nothing new all gamemode has it in gold shop under ranks it shows it perks when pressing a book but thats not the case for skypvp. at this point we literally cant know full perks of ranks of skypvp as there is nothing about it in shop nor in goldshop so i am suggesting to atleast add this info under the ranks same like other gamemodes so we can atleast know the perks of ranks.​

Reason(s):

i got hero rank and in all seriousness i dont even knew any command hero rank have access to. it does state some perks when hovering over a rank like "access to command" but not in detail. as mention it does says i got access to some commands but i dont which one and this info is nowhere to be seen​
