Suggestion:

Add Gold Armour With Thorns​

Detailed description:

The Gold Armour will cost 6 gold - half of iron armour

It will have Thorns II on it

Thorns I does about 1 heart over 5 hits
Thorns II does about 3 hearts over 5 hits
Thorns III does about 6 hearts over 5 hits

This makes Thorns II a balance between overpowered and not worth it​

Reason(s):

Gold armour is better than leather but slightly less (1?) than chain

Thorns can make the gold armour slightly better than chain hence the Gold cost rather than iron. Plus it is gold for gold!

You don't always have 12 for iron armour - especially after losing a first rush

It makes an extra decision choice since the thorns effect has a random element
Thorns also works regardless of opponent armour which also adds an extra element to your choice

If you aren't good at PvP and are getting combo'd a lot it gives you an extra chance to not get railed every time​

There is no reason to have more armor types in bedwars as they are already well balanced, and the enchantment is unnecessary.

No, I don't wish to go mental when fireballing one of em.

Players throwing fireballs isn't a core Minecraft mechanic so it wouldn't happen.
Plus people are always complaining about players using fireballs and bows

Please, I urge you to dig a bit into how the thorns enchantment actually works.

Each time you get hit there is a 20/30/40% chance of taking damage depending on the level
The level affects how much damage you take - hence the calculation.

How do you think it works?

No most of the bedwars plugins of bedwars are created by pika developers themselves. But this doesn't change the fact the suggestion is trash (sorry but it is).

Being staff now, I can verify it, most plugins are indeed made by pika devs themselves.

Based on all the downvotes it is clear it won't be implemented.
However, can you elaborate on what part of the suggestion do you think is trash?

I buy chain armour perhaps once a year but I see other people buy it all the time.
Gold armour would give the same defense as chain but has the potential to help you win a fight as it does damage at the same time.

I was going for something that would truly make Pika unique
