Add match replay.​

Detailed description:

I want the replay to report hackers, I really just can't start recording in the middle of a game playing against a hacker, so a replay would be useful to record the suspect hacking, a free camera would be even better than record the hacker while playing.​

Reason(s):

For me it's hard to record a hacker since when I'm playing I don't want to record otherwise I will die, even if it's a cheater, and my brain automatically tells me to leave after I die, and I'm sure a lot of other people also don't report a player because you need to record the hacker to report him/her.​
