Denied Add /time and /ping commands

Suggestion:

Add /time and /ping commands​

Detailed description:

The title explains pretty much it all but still imma say it, add /time command so that players can set time only in their perspective and it wont change it for anyone else but them; add /ping which will let players know what ping they have or what is ping of other players​

Reason(s):

For people that either use optifine or a client that doesnt give a feature of setting time and checking ping this is going to be very useful​

Example(s):

/ping or /ping <player name> ; /time midnight to set time to midnight​

I don't see the need of /time(-1) but of /ping yes (+1). For now, the command is available only at practice.
So overall I'll say neutral.

If ur using a client. U can use the mod that tells you. But people without clients see connection icons
