Add a reaction verification system for new users so discord raids can be stop​

Reason(s):

Because spammer accounts are bots they cannot verify themselves​

Example(s):

Like when ever a new account join pika discord They will be directly go to #verification & they will not have perm to see other channels.​

Ain't even ur server that u should care lmao just chill dear spread happiness in any way the raids might give happiness to someone but won't affect someone if u add that verification system someone would get annoyed rather than getting happy by clicking on a emoji
