Adding a proxy command to the PIkanetwork bot​

Detailed description:

Hello! So this suggestion mainly revolves around the idea of adding a specific command to the bot which will respond with all the available proxy IP addresses of PikaNetwork.​

Reason(s):

The main reason that I'm requesting to enforce this is because, There are many people (including me) in the community that loves to help out people that has trouble In-game or with the forums. The main issue most people face is getting high pings or severe lag and even more that is related to the ping and smoothness of the game. The common fix for this issue is to use an alternate proxy Ip address of Pikanetwork. It would be more useful if you can add the command to the bot which will respond with all the proxy ips because we only know the common proxy, that is, top.pika.host. If people have trouble with it too, then they can use another proxy. Most of the other proxies are still unknown and this command will help a lot to fetch and use them.​

1. There are 2 main IPs: play.pika-network.net and pika.host
2. If a player needs server IP then he can type .IP on our discord server (https://discord.gg/pikanetwork) and he/she will get the official PikaNetwork IP (play.pika-network.net)
3. Using other proxies won't make your ping better or not gonna fix your lag so as I said there are just 2 main IPs.
4. For now I think this is an unnecessary suggestion which maybe gonna be useful in the future but for sure not now.
