Balancing Twitch rank requements​

Detailed description:

Hello all PikaNetwork players! I hope You are all having a good day, I'm here suggesting "Balance for Twitch rank requirements".

Since we know the requirements are these :

- 3+ streams performed on PikaNetwork in the past month
- 300+ followers
- Active channel (weekly streams)
- Average of 15 stream viewers
- Being a member of the PikaNetwork Discord server
- Having your Twitch account linked to your Discord account
- No fake followers/viewers
- Professionalism and dedication
- Strong knowledge of the server rules
- The server IP address must be easy to find both on your channel and in your streams

Now, talking from the perspective of a streamer, I can say that 15 average viewers are really hard to keep since You need to entertain a lot of people at the same time, and for only 300 followers Twitch streamers, I think that is not possible.

So That's why I am here to suggest New and Balanced requirements :

- 3+ streams performed on PikaNetwork in the past month
- 250+ followers
- Active channel (weekly streams)
- Average of 10 stream viewers
- Being a member of the PikaNetwork Discord server
- Having your Twitch account linked to your Discord account
- No fake followers/viewers
- Professionalism and dedication
- Strong knowledge of the server rules
- The server IP address must be easy to find both on your channel and in your streams​

Reason(s):

With these balances, we could activate more Twitch streamers to join PikaNetwork and apply for Twitch rank, since currently, I'm the only streamer who has it and I would love to see more streamers joining our great community! Also, PikaNetwork could get more Content Creators overall, get more people who could advertise the server more and make more and more people join PikaNetwork. I think that this would be a great change for whole Media Team.​

+1 This is pretty good suggestion. It can be really difficult to maintain a consistent viewer base on Twitch, and I think reducing the average views required from 15 to 10 is a fair adjustment.
