being able to arrange items to our prefared hotnar slot​

Detailed description:

so in skywars if we just press shift and click on a item, it just go to the first open spot in our hotbar. i suggest to add a editor in skywars lobby which allows us to change where the tiems goes if we just click them. so for example i have my blocks on 4th slot and m,y sword on 1st slot so i can set those things according to my preferences and when in game i shift click those items, items go on that prefered spot if its open rather then first open slot​

Reason(s):

it will make it easier to setup our inventory and much more organize​
