Detailed description:

Remove splash health II potions from witch and enchanted witch loot tables​

Reason(s):

Heal pots are disabled in the arena
Damage splash pots do not fit the OP gamemode
These useless potions which drop in high abundance clutter our inventories or chests for no good reason​

Example(s):

the waterloo battle where napoleon found defeat​
