Editing the Raid Interfearing Rule.​

Detailed description:

Raid interfearing is when another faction members hits the faction raiding / defending essentially third partying. My suggestion is the 3rd party faction member should be allowed to fight back if the raiding / defending faction member hits them to defend himself. So people can't bait others by hitting them in the claims and urging them to fight back rather than run away.​

Reason(s):

It is straight up baiting for factions who want to play strike wars.​
