Denied Global Fix the command /fix all

Suggestion:

Fix the command /fix all​

Detailed description:

./fix all does not function as it is supposed to. It works just like /fix hand so it is pretty much useless in all gamemodes​

Reason(s):

Because /fix all is quite useful in gamemodes like OpFac and there's also a cooldown for it. A cooldown for /fix all is useless because it works just like /fix hand. Either remove the cooldown or fix the command, that's what I'm trying to say here.​

Example(s):

If people come back from a long fight and they want to fix their armor, they can't because /fix all has a cooldown and it can only fix 1 item at a time, they would be very disappointed. If /fix all was fixed, it would be a ton easier to just type /fix all and get back into the PvP action right away.​
