Suggestion:

Fix the cooldown for the Normal Player (unranked Player)​

Detailed description:

When I buy Rank in OPcb that should give me prem better then Normal Player (members) .
I have SkyLegend rank when I use my fix command [ /Fix hand : 1H \ /Fix all 2H] But member don’t have Cooldown so rank for 75$ have cooldown and unranked player doesn’t have.
! I want add something when some one get command from creates will get it with no cooldown, so something like this plse fix it and​

Reason(s):

So when I buy rank I want to have perms better then unranked player .
For add something, when we pvping ( / warp pvp) and he have /fix all he run for 24sec the. He /fix all his armor easy and back fighting (then You dead) cuz he don’t have cooldown and I can fix all one time ( I dead cuz that prob many time )​
