How to set kill number as kill message ?

From where we can set our kill number as kill messages ?
Example - you have been killed by xyz #100000

You should have Static Kill message as a cosmetics, which you can get from the crates or you can buy it for 50,000 BW coins or somthing. Also to activate this cosmetic you should have Elite Rank or Higher..

you cant purchase it with coins unfortunately, you'll have to get it from mystery crates :(
