Yeah, don't take time to pick on their english and/or grammar and instead take the time to help instead or give information lol...

If your premium name is already registered here, get the staff on Teamspeak to give proof to staff to reset the password but I mean, if it's already registered get them to check when your username was last online.
Um, there's also support tickets...
If you haven't changed your MC name yet, there's always that. You'll have to wait a month to change it again.

For the time being just use a cracked launcher and use another name. (as wolfsrain said.)
