yesterday i had gotten the hero rank which i was extremly happy then i log on today after my false ban expired and see i dont have it so i hope there something you can do.
Make a support ticket and please provide any evidence of you getting the Hero Rank suck as checking your logs and putting it in the support ticket and please be patient they don't get replied to immediately!
