King of the hill improvements​

Detailed description:

Lower down the player cap and boost the kb of the sticks​

Reason(s):

The huge number of players only hinder the player's visual and the game becomes 'hit randomly with the highest cps possible'
I believe that with the lower player count there would be more dynamic fighting and with the kb added it wont be strictly based on high cps but more on skill​

In the fututre, players will be less and some of them will stop playing so i think this is not needed. Just because it's a new reset ofc there is a lot of players.
