Making the cooldown between using /rename 1 minute down from 5 minutes.​

Reason(s):

It is very annoying to wait for 5 minutes between renaming items​

+1 its a good feature. It can be time-consuming if you get a rename wrong then you need to wait 5 minutes for another one. This command is also not OP at all and won't effect anything. If accepted it should be implemented in all the modes.
