Make using damage indicators bannable​

Detailed description:

Make using damage indicator bannable, u probably wonder why? Because for people that use lunar it’s not fair that we can’t see the hearts while the people on laby can, also it’s a unfair advantage. It should be like in jartex network.​

Reason(s):

its a advantage that some people don’t have because they are on lunar client.​
