If survival is vanilla and don't have any plugins, here are some of the problems that might occur:
- Slime block flying machines and lag machines can easily be made and lag the server without the plugin that make pistons only work on claims (And some kind of plugins that have something to do with redstones that i don't know)
- Making the spawn rates like vanilla can also lag the server too, because of the huge amount of entities that spawn everywhere in chunks that were loaded by players.

If survival is vanilla, then prepare to see every player flying in the sky, and toggling basically every hack in the pvp arena
