Suggestion:

Nerf the "Enderman" kit and "Flamebow" kit.​

Detailed description:

Put a cooldown on when you can use the items in the "Enderman" and "Flamebow" kits. It doesn't need to be too long so that it doesn't severely impact the usefulness of the kit but it should be long enough to give players a fair chance to combat them.​

Reason(s):

Usually, having these kits means anyone the user spawns next to will get killed without a chance of surviving so it may be a bit unfair to players who don't have the kit. Although anyone can purchase these kits by playing and voting, the gap caused by the kit is too big to be considered balanced in my opinion. It gets annoying when people kill you immediately off spawn when you have no loot in three out of five games.​

Enderman kit costs 27.5k coins for a reason (with ender pearl) and for the flamebow kit you can easily dodge / take cover until the player is out of arrows...

Yes, Enderman kit and flame bow are too OP. They give you a guaranteed kill at the start of the round. But the players who own the kit have bought them with huge amount of coins. There is a reason why they should get it.
