You dont have to be 18 to donate indeed, some younger people ask their parents or friends who are 18 to donate for them.

Well yeah you can get a job if you're 15 here in The Netherlands so I get what you mean, also Minecraft is for all ages, not really specifically for kids ( altho I get what you mean )
